Partner Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Pharmacy Partner Portal, POS billing terminal software, FEFO multi-batch inventory ledgers, and rider logistics modules (collectively, "Services").

To register and obtain POS terminal credentials, you represent and warrant that you are an authorized representative of a retail pharmacy, chemist branch, or hospital dispensary holding valid Form 20B / 21B drug licenses under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940.

Activation of production POS terminals requires mandatory statutory verification:

• Document Accuracy: You agree to provide true, current, and verifiable copies of your drug licenses, GST certificate, and Pharmacist Council registration.
• Audit Rights: Our compliance team reserves the right to verify registration numbers with respective State Pharmacy Councils. Applications failing statutory inspection will be placed on KYC hold or rejected.
• Supervision by Registered Pharmacist: You agree that all drug dispensing and POS billing will occur under the direct supervision of a licensed registered pharmacist as statutory law mandates.

Subscriptions are billed on a Monthly or Annual cycle according to your selected plan (Starter Medical, Professional Pharmacy, or Enterprise Hospital/Chain):

• Fees are billed in advance in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST tax invoices.
• Partners may cancel or upgrade subscriptions with 30 days notice. Upon termination, you retain the right to export your complete drug inventory, POS sales register, and patient history as standard CSV/JSON.

Account access is secured via verified Google OAuth 2.0 / Google Workspace SSO or phone OTP. You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your terminal credentials and notifying us immediately of any unauthorized POS activity.
