Partner Privacy Policy

The Pharmacy Partner Portal ("Portal", "Platform") provides onboarding, pricing subscription management, drug licensure statutory auditing, and POS terminal credential issuance for retail pharmacies, chemist chain branches, and hospital dispensary networks in India.

We are committed to maintaining the highest security and confidentiality standards for all business, statutory, and personal credentials collected, in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Drugs & Cosmetics Act, 1940, and statutory Pharmacy Practice Regulations.

During store application onboarding, POS credential issuance, and KYC verification, we collect:

• Google Account Authentication Data: When prospective store owners or authorized pharmacists sign in via Google OAuth 2.0 or Google Workspace SSO, we receive verified email address, full name, Google unique profile ID, and avatar. This information is used strictly to identify the applicant, secure account access, and dispatch status updates. We do not access Google Drive, contacts, or extraneous scopes.
• Store Statutory & Licensure Data: Registered medical store name, Form 20B/21B statutory drug license numbers, Goods and Services Tax Identification Number (GSTIN), registered pharmacist name, and State Pharmacy Council registration ID.
• Contact & Operational Information: Store physical address, contact telephone numbers, business email, and selected POS terminal hardware add-ons.

Collected data is utilized for the following designated purposes:

We operate under a strict Zero Third-Party Commercial Reselling mandate. Store sales records, patient transaction histories, and drug purchase rates belong exclusively to the partner store. We never monetize or distribute partner inventory or customer databases.

All database connections and API microservice calls utilize TLS 1.3 encryption and cryptographically salted password hashing with secure JWT authorization.
